A few days ago I posted about spending a leisurely afternoon photographing buildings around Valdosta. The previous post was about an image that I created with a photograph of Christ Episcopal Church. Today I thought I would share another image - this one is the Cresent - a well known landmark in Valdosta.
Have a good weekend! I have three photo sessions scheduled for this weekend, so be ready to see lots of beautiful people posted next week! :)

Last Sunday I decided to go out with my camera and get a few shots of places around Valdosta. As I drove down Patterson Street, my first stop was VSU. I also couldn't resist getting a shot of Christ Episcopal Church which is just across the road. My friend Beth goes to church there, and I thought she might like it. I used my fisheye lens and a little photoshop work to add an interesting twist.
I have had quite a few people express an interest in art prints so I think I am going to begin offering canvas prints of local places and things of interest. Stay tuned - I'll be posting more as time permits.

Where are you?

One of the coolest things about having a website is the ability to check the stats of site visitors. Analyzing my stats helps me learn things like:
- what keywords visitors use to find my site
- which pages/events are the most popular
- what links were used to reach my site
- what cities/countries my visitors come from
- how visitors navigate through my site
I know:
- 45% of visitors that find me through a search engine use Google - followed closely by Yahoo.
- 71% of visitors to my site use Internet Explorer
- I have the most visitors on Mondays and Thursdays.
- I have the most visitors at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
No worries though - it doesn't exactly tell me who my visitors are, it just provides me with a general geographic area of where they are.
I copied and pasted the chart below which shows the countries of visitors to my site - and this chart is just for the month of February! Isn't it amazing how global we truly are these days?
So...leave a comment. Tell me where you are from and how you found my site! I would love to know more than the impersonal numbers that my stat counters provide. :) |

It is always fun to see your images in Charleston Weddings Magazine - it is definitely one of the best magazines out there! This month, Jessica and Paul were featured in the magazine. They are a super fun couple, and they were married at the Wickliffe House in Charleston last year. Congrats Jessica and Paul!

Alex is having a website made for Ally B (her clothing boutique in Thomasville) and needed a few photos of the inside of her store and some shots of a few of her mannequins.
Her store is awesome, so you need to check it out if you have never been.
She has a cute sitting area and big, roomy dressing rooms.
And of course...lots of beautiful clothes! Her new spring collection is the best ever.
Who can resist the hottest jeans?
I couldn't resist the sparkly jewelry!
And last,I made Alex let me get a few shots of her! :)
Vist Ally B at 120 North Broad Street in Thomasville!
